Ordered the "Darelle Maxi Coat" and was sent a different coat. Reached out to Lamarque immediately and was ignored for well over a week.
I had to reach out to a Lamaruque number that wasn't customer service to finally get someone to respond and act as if they knew nothing of the situation. Then they wouldn't respond, and I had to call the number again for them to tell customer service to attend to the issue they caused. No apology or responsibility taken. Having to send constant emails and calls after it's been delivered for them to tell me I have to wait at least 14 business days after they sent me the wrong coat.
This company is a disgrace, and I will never purchase this brand again from any store. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE MESS AND DO NOT CARE TO FIX THEIR ERRORS. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS AND WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND ENERGY.

48 hours after learning that my email was read by La Marque 84, I have not received any response from the company.
I used my baker in the oven at 350 degrees F and the interior cracked in multiple places. I've already sent an email through the La Marque website and have not received a response after over 48 hours. Please respond.
Preferred solution: Either full refund or product replaced (though I now doubt I'll use the stuff)

Package sent to wrong address Lamarque’s mistake didn't use shipping address
I returned a package that was sent to my correct address and had it reordered in another size and I had to wait 2 weeks for the new order to ship out. Lamarque sent it to the incorrect address the second shipment and I had received a confirmation of my new address and was being sent to the correct address.
When I informed them sent to my old address they flipped the email and addresses on my confirmation I sent it back with correct address they had sent me and still didnt want to admit the mistake but I kept msging before they would correct it. Horrible customer service.
