This business lies without shame

I have a home warranty, and they decide who comes to your home.
Lam Air came out and automatically assumed they wouldn't be able to get the approval for a new unit which is what was needed, and said there were no problems. He also made it worse and caused the heater to run like an old Model T Ford. I'm telling you they are jerks, however it's the lying that got to me.
If they didn't want the job, fine leave and allow me to find someone else. Don't lie to cover your tracks at my expense.
Thankfully as fate would have it, the next real company that showed up agreed with me that the unit needed replaced. Right in front of me they called my warranty company and got approval for a brand new unit.
Lam Air I think assumed they would not get the approval, then lied. In writing they lied. Lam Air I still think about you when I see your slithering snake commercial pop up.
All those unsuspecting folks out there waiting for your truck to pull up in their driveway so you can cause them some trouble and get paid for it.
I would highly recommend any time these slimy snakes slither into your home, wear a camera to record everything that is said. If I had done this, Lam Air never would have gotten away with their ugly, evil lies.
