Scammed for inept auto servicing

They have done nothing to help. They are more interested in lashing back at me instead of making a sincere effort in resolving issue. Stay away from them.

They are letting one of their dealerships get away with scamming customers. They have ignored me thus far.

This company hides behind Mazda Canada and even their own dealership where I had issues: Chatham Mazda. Lally Auto Group needs to take action and I would even suggest firing their management at Chatham Mazda. I took my car in for servicing - twice. I had to have it fixed elsewhere. I asked for my money back for their inept work. What is even more aggravating is how they treated me as a customer. So smug, arrogant, rude... it was disgusting. I am so angry beyond belief.

User's recommendation: Boycott Lally Auto Group.
