I had Jim re key my locks. When I went to pay he couldnt take a credit card. He said his phone was turned off. When I paid with cash he said he couldnt find his receipt book. I needed one to take it off the rent. He said he'd drop it off, then email, then text, then mail. The last time I spoke with him he was condecending and said I'm driving down the highway but let me pull over and do it right now. It's been a month and no receipt. I've paid twice now. I had the locks redone since. This guys si shady and unprofessional and had a key to my house. Unbelievable!!!
