Unreliable Dentist Practice
LAKEWOOD DENTAL ASSOCIATES: UNRELIABLE
They ruined my holiday. My tooth broke on 12-23-24 & i had to call 4-5 times to get a return call.
Their vm said they were back in the office as of 12-26; thats when I began calling.
I was called at 6:15am Monday morning to come in at 7:00am!?! They made a bad situation 10x worse by leaving me hanging for days not knowing if I would be able to get an appointment. I already deal with Dentist anxiety.
Dr Kilander called & left me a vm on Sunday offering 2 time slots. He said to call back with any questions.
I had to call back 3 times to try and find out my appointment time. He ignored/never returned my call Sunday with an appointment time.
He calls me Monday at 6:15am offering a temporary fix at 7:00am & still no scheduled appointment to fix my tooth.
Unf*ckingbelievable!!! Never apologized once; said my calling him on Sunday was unreasonable; i was returning his call!!!
Totally broke my trust; cannot be depended on to even respond to a non-emergency but urgent dental situation.
Im getting a new dentist that can at least responsibly handle scheduling appointments.

BUYER BEWARE
I had Jim re key my locks. When I went to pay he couldnt take a credit card.
He said his phone was turned off. When I paid with cash he said he couldnt find his receipt book. I needed one to take it off the rent. He said he'd drop it off, then email, then text, then mail.
The last time I spoke with him he was condecending and said I'm driving down the highway but let me pull over and do it right now. It's been a month and no receipt. I've paid twice now. I had the locks redone since.
This guys si shady and unprofessional and had a key to my house. Unbelievable!!!
