Lakeview

In email exchanges with Lakeview, they are telling us that they will NOT unlock our accounts to pay our loans. They do this as they ask us to pay them.To this date we don't know if they got the check and cashed it like they're supposed to do.For the record, my sister and I are NOT refusing to pay them, Lakeview LLC is ACTIVELY OBSTRUCTING PAYMENT.We have contacted the attorney general about them and even forwarded email exchanges about what Lakeview LLC is doing.

I want to also add in the cost of maintaining the property (we're supposed to maintain and it costs money to do that) we bought.The previous owners wanted to put in a septic tank. However there was a problem that they didn't account for: the plumbing was too low to put in a septic tank.

Thus my sister and I had to get the plumbing raised which cost us $1,800.There are still many other problems that we have gone through and spent our money to fix (little by little)... and plenty of other things we've yet to fix in this "lemon" house we saved up the money, jumped through hoops to buy.-Found out the plumbing was too low for a septic system-master bedroom did not heat or ventilate properly due to the vent being put in wrong-main events are not connected to ducts outlets-the cable outlet that would have supplied internet and TV had been cut by renovators and so we had to get a Comcast guy to fix it-the aging fences fell down and caused a problem with our *** neighbor-the attic fan does not switch on at the appropriate heat level, so it is uncontrollably hot in the attic-the AC condensates a lot, leading to flooding in the basement-many of the windows were sealed shut-backyard water spigot leaking constantly-gutters and drains badly done and needs repairs/replacementIf we're evicted due to loan cares shady practices, we'll stand to have lost about $1700 on top of the $1945 we're paying monthly.
