Lakeview Ford

About two months ago we had purchased a 2010 ford fusion from lakeview ford on battle creek Michigan. When we had called to make an appointment to come in and check the car out the MANAGER had said he would be in at 9:00am the next morning so we could meet with him. The next day my fiancé and I drove an hour to meet him and he wasn't even there. At this time I was mad because a MANAGER doesn't say he's going to be there and not show up. When we got home I called to talk to him. He said that he was busy and to come the next day at 11am because he had the car. The next day we drove to battlecreek. He wasn't there again so I called and said this is the second day in a row. The MANAGER said that he was about 10 minutes away and to stay there. When he finally got there he came flying in at about 30 miles an hour. The tires squeeled and then he slammed on the breaks and hopped out. When he asked if we wanted to test drive the vehicle we accepted. We immediately noticed the 8,000 mile difference in the odometer he said the car had 35,000 miles on it and it had 43,000. It smelled like cigarette smoke even though he told us that it had never been smoked in. Being a non smoker you know what cigarette smoke smells like. We agreed to get the car because we desperately needed one. We got approved for an 18,000 loan and when it was all said and done we financed 23,000 they added 5,000.00 gap insurance without our permission. He never went over ANY of the papers with us and called us liars straight to our face because we had only received one key for the vehicle and he told us that he gave us two. We waited over a month for floor mats which we never received from them. That was 100 out of our pocket. And also this is the third time it has been in the shop. We had to have a rust spot fixed around the sunroof and lakeview ford declined to talk to us about it, the second time there was a dent in the fender and this time the battery blew out. It leaked battery acid all over our garage floor. When my fiancé had called today they said the battery was replaced two months ago. When we called where the battery was from they told us the battery had not been replaces since 2010. The same year as the car. LIARS! They have harassed us with phone calls. I really just want to sue them!
