Lakeside Little League Terms of Service
Welcome to SportsEngine.com, the online and mobile service of SportsEngine, Inc. ("SportsEngine," The Company" or The Company). This page explains the terms by which The User may use Lakeside Little League's' online and/or mobile services, web sites (including without limitation team, league, or other pages or applications hosted on or provided by the SportsEngine platform), and software provided on or in connection with the service (collectively the "Service"). SportsEngine reserves the right to make unilateral modifications to these terms and will provide notice of these changes as described below. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users"). Please read this agreement carefully to ensure that The Client of Lakeside Little League understand each provision. This agreement contains a mandatory individual arbitration and class action/jury trial waiver provision that requires the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions.

Lakeside Little League is a family activity that provides parents and youngsters with the opportunity to participate in a healthy activity, while learning many important lifetime skills, such as teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship while playing baseball. Lakeside Little League is intended to help kids not only to grow physically, but emotionally and socially as well. Children are the most important resource of Lakeside Little League, and it shares the responsibility of providing them with opportunities to reach their full potential. Lakeside Little League serves the beautiful and family-friendly communities of Granite Bay and Loomis, which are located approximately 20 miles east of Sacramento, California. The league supports approximately 500 players, boys and girls, from ages 5 - 16. In addition, it provides Challenger program for physically-challenged players.
