Questionable because of price

Needed to take ambulance from emergency room to hospital for possible heart. Did not need any emergency things done--mostly just a ride incase something went wrong.

Drive was about 40'. The EMS people were very good and nice. No problem with them at all. The price was at the problem.

It cost $5,073.75. Insurance thought it was to much, tried to negotiate and they would NOT. Finally insurance after months paid most.

Still left with a large amount to pay and would not negotiate with me. Others we know who had to take ambulances did not have these kinds of charges.
