Clothes steamer not working
On March 20 2021 I bought a Friday F10 clothes steamer from Lakeland with a 3 year guarantee. I havent used it a great deal but when I tried to use it today I found that the head and steam plate are getting hot but the water in the reservoir is not heating up so consequently there is no steam coming out. Can you help.

I purchased a Lakeland Mini Chopper in November 2022, but the lug on the lid, which engages with the main unit has broken which means the chopper no longer works! Is it possible to obtain a replacement lid, please?

I purchased an item from Lakeland which left your warehouse on 25/07/22 according to a message I received. It has still not arrived.
The payment has gone from my bank account. ORDER NUMBER IS: J591741**** The courier (Evri) apparently tried to deliver it but failed. They messaged me on 09/08/22 to say it has been returned to their depot. I have contacted Evri but have had no response.
I have also contacted Lakeland before but have heard nothing.
I wonder if the item has been returned to Lakeland now? Please would you update me?
