I have not heard anything from anyone and it has been at least a month.

I called and made an appointment as I always have every 6 months. (I was told by _____ _____ to come in every 6 months for service because of the plan that I had on my vehicle.) On December 14th 2022 my service assistant was _____ _____. She had me set up for an oil change, tire rotation and a 42 point inspection. I just told her that it was time for my service and this is what she said was due to be done at this time. I started using _____ _____ on June 19th 2020. I thought at the time that she was very nice and explained everything very well. On the June 19th 2020 visit _____ said Happy Birthday your 4 year Platinum plan has been extended to July 3, 2028. _____ said to come every 6 months for service and they would do what was on the service plan for free until July 3, 2028. When I was checking out today I was charged for a tire rotation and I explained to _____ that I was in the Platinum plan until July 3, 2028 and she called _____ to the desk and _____ explained that I have used up my Platinum plan that I didnt have any more free service. I was not ever told this and I told _____. (If I had known that I would only be allowed a certain amount of visits I would have only come once a year, not every 6 months.) _____ took off the tire rotation charge and said that I had used up my Platinum plan. As I was going over the charges on my bill to see what and how much I had been charged, when I would ask _____ a question she wouldnt answer or say yes in a very unconcerned rude way without looking at the paper. She also kept moving her attention from me to the phone or another worker. I am very disappointed and upset by the way this visit went. I am considering going elsewhere for future service. Your invoice is very confusing. It is always more than I am told it will be. I didn't put the names in this review because I didn't know if I could.
