Reposting since this business paid to have my review taken down Came here on 2022-03-29 to have my chipped tooth fixed after finished and walking to my car I noticed that Dr. Alexandrea the main dentist did not use the right colour bonding on my teeth with the colour chart she did not check my natural colour of my teeth before picking out the bond she told me she guess the colour and started doing my tooth she usedchameleon colour bond Which Ive been told from other dentists not Recommended for front teeth because of how clear it is .. also my tooth was very rough I called at 9am on 2022-03-31 and explained to Marta that the colour of the bond on my tooth was extremely clear and I wasnt happy about it she told me to come in that day to have it fixed when I went in Dr. Alexandrea was acting very rushed and didnt bring out new dentist equipment she used old ones that have been sitting out and started to fix it I notice she didnt completely take off the old colour she only shaved off a small portion And added bond of the colour chart that matched my tooth colour unlike the first time I would also like to note she never took any X-rays before repairing my teeth or any pictures and never did that on this day of going in once she was done I had to Ask her three times to smoothing out my teeth also Id like to note that when she was curing my teeth with the light she only held it up for a short amount of time approximately one or two seconds and I was told By another dentist that the bound might not of properly cured and could result in the repaired tooth chipping again very soon and not lasting very now due to not being done properly my teeth were so rough And I left the place very uncomfortable and unsure if the work was done right I got to my car and looked in the mirror and noticed that dr Alexandrea left grind marks into my 2 teeth shown in the pictures below I tried to call back And see what could be done The receptionist told me there is no one to talk to you and she will get someone to call me back And I got a blocked number call from their manager YEV Dr. Alexandrias husband Hes very rude and unprofessionally Was talking over top of me and telling me to come back in and sign papers and he wanted to give me a refund and for me to never come back to there dentist office agian because he wanted to be done with me And to come the next week on Tuesday I called on Sunday and told the office I couldnt make it today I called on 2022-04-07 at 9am and talk to Marta and Rudely got interrupted by yev and Got the same type of treatments he was acting very unprofessional and talking over top of me and trying to come up with fake accusations of me just so he didnt have to answer my questions and then refused to help me out Further And told me that if I wanted my money back I would have to take him to court so now Im left with My chip tooth with bonding that wasnt done properly and have to pay another dentist to fix there mistakes and Im now in the process of filing a small claims lawsuit against Dr. Alexandras Lakeshore family dental practice. Stay far away at all costs. UPDATE JULY 26 2022 Yev the manager of this poor example of a dentist office whos wife is the main DR dentist is also proposely trying to lie and not take responsibility for his wifes mistakes and he says they never did the work on my tooth I filed I charge back with my bank and won and got a refunded for this poor Quality service.. stay far away from this place DR ALEXANDREA is horrible at fixing chipped teeth and yev you lost after all the lies you made do better next time.
