We had an excelent car buying experience.
We went in and talked to Donnie. Told him what we wanted and he was able to find it.
I told him I don't play the shopping games and only give one chance for him to give me a good deal. He honored that and his deal was good and fair for both of us. Two days later we picked-up our new car. This was our second car that we purchased from Lake Woods and both times have been good.
Donnie was an exceptional sales man. The service after the sale has also been great.
We live about 50 miles from Grand Rapids and thus we use another Dodge dealership for our normal servicing. We have had good service their too.
Horrible service at Lakewood Chrysler in Grand Rapids Minnesota
Lakewood Chrysler has horrible service. I had a recall notice on my vehicle.
It has taken them over two months to get the parts because they say they are only allotted two parts per week. Every time I call them to check on the status they are rude and hang up on me. Their service in this situation and other situation has been the worst service I've had in many years. The previous owners were always very kind and always helpful.
I understand that parts are not always readily available but these people could learn to treat their customers with a little respect and kindness. Calling them once a month is not calling in excess to check on the status of the recall.
After the recall work is done I will find somewhere else to do my business. Lakewoods is not a friendly place to do business anymore.

I think its pretty awful that you allow posts from anonymous posters. For all you know that negative post praising the old owner could have been posted by the old owner himself... seems less than credible.
