Do you really want to do hire a roofer that is trying to "unload" a business?

Lake Orion Roofing's owner could have cared less about his crews workmanship when I hired them a few years ago.

Maybe the shoddy workmanship and unethical business practices have finally come to roost on Lake Orion Roofings reputation.

Ignoring a dissatisfied customer is much more costly in the long run than simply stepping up and correcting issues at hand.

While state law falls short of protecting the consumer, the internet gives the consumer a voice.

Clever company slogans can only fool a community so long . . . And then it's time to sell.

This company hires people off the street to do the labor on projects. It is very apparent that Lake Orion Roofing has not checked into the experience of these people.

They have the most horrible workmanship. No one should have to experience the *** work we have. Three subcontractors and each one was worse than the previous. Owner doesn't care and won't return calls.

Must hate confrontation. Don't know how they stay in business.

Remember to always take pictures before and after. They are what will save you on such bad work!!!

BEWARE fellow consumer. This is not an ethical business. Lake Orion Roofing is highly skilled at "dodging the bullet" and forces customers to peruse legal means to resolve contractual issues. Simply look at Oakland County courthouse records!

You get much more than you bargained for with Lake Orion Roofing. Make sure you have deep pockets before you proceed. Well adept at marketing a squeaky clean reputation and oodles of consumer letters singing their praise. Unfortunately, I took the bait hook, line, and sinker.

The professionalism of smoke and mirrors ends the moment you sign the dotted line.

The sever DAMAGE LAKE ORION ROODING caused to our home ended up costing more than what was paid to correct their work. Sad excuse for a roofer and I would never, never ever recommend them after the way they conducted themselves. They lack business ethics . .

never returned phone calls, never responded to letters, never would come out to the lobby when visited, and more importantly, LAKE ORION ROOFING never repaired the damage they caused to our home. The most unprofessional contractor I have ever had the misery to deal with.

Want a roofer who will do a quality job? DON'T call Lake Orion Roofing! Call before posting a review? We tried, and tried, and tried. Lake Orion Roofing excells at dodging the bullet, and did not provide competent workmanship. Nor did they correct their workmanship issues.

If you value your home, these are not the contractors to use. I see many people have posted with similiar sentiments about their experiences. Well, since they wouldn't return the phone calls or fix the problem, the least a consumer can do is warn others.

Wish we had read all the reviews posted on the internet by former Lake Orion Roofing customers before we hired them this past last summer. Unfortunately, our experience with Lake Orion Roofing was frustrating and quite unacceptable.

Once we made our concerns known to Lake Orion Roofing, we were appalled by the lack of professionalism exemplified by Lake Orion Roofing personnel. After weeks of unreturned phone calls, we resorted to hiring another roofer to correct Lake Orion Roofing's workmanship. An expensive endeavor.

We wont' be hiring Lake Orion Roofing in the future - and if we have our way, our neighbor's won't either.

Wish we had read all the reviews posted on the internet from former Lake Orion Roofing customers before we hired Lake Orion Roofing this past summer. We too are not satisfied with not only the work Lake Orion Roofing performed, but the lack of professionalism exemplified by Lake Orion Roofing once we made our concerns known to them.

Lake Orion Roofing did no return our calls for weeks at a time and never did make a good faith attempted to address our concerns with their workmanship. Hence, we were forced to spend even more money by hiring another company to correct the issues and get the job finished correctly.

We never did receive a return call from the owner of Lake Orion Roofing despite several attempts. They won't get any more business from us, and if I have any say, my neighbors won't consider them either.
