I was up at 6:00 a.m. waiting for the open application enrollment to open. It kept saying that it was closed at 1:22 p.m. I looked at the app again and it said that all the application statuses were f
I tried to fill out application and watch the website and the status went from being closed in October to being closed till November. There was no way to apply all day all of a sudden the applications were full.
Preferred solution: An explanation why I could not apply and an application to apply
