Customer service

Booked a room but had to cancel 4 days in advance due to weather. Was told they required 7 days to cancel reservation, that was not mentioned at time of booking. Was allowed to change reservation dates at no charge, but then I was billed as a no show on original dates. Manager refused to return calls. When I finally got hold of him he couldn't find the changes so I would have showed on new date only to find I didn't have a room

User's recommendation: 7 day cancellation is not an industry standard, poor customer service.
