Horrible customer service

I ordered the initial membership offering and shortly after receiving it, cancelled my membership. I did and I have the confirmation of this. Shortly thereafter, my funds were taken from my bank ($191 and change). They screwed up, charged me for another case and said to just refuse package. After three refusals, the package was signed 'received' at the original shipper and 'supposedly' everything was taken care of. PayPal and Laithwaite's had a finger pointing session and I'm still screwed out of 191 dollars. I'm on a fixed income and this has been a hardship and nightmare.
