Their employees are absolute trash, they will harrass, stalk and follow you in their vehicles the moment you bring up one of their shortcomings with them, instead of trying to see how they can go about fixing their own mistakes. They will then try and push their luck by saying that they need to charge extra to rectify the issues that they've created, and mind you it's a lot extra they try and con you out of, especially if they know you've got big pockets.
