I ordered a pair of jeans from this company via third party seller called garmentory. When garmentory refused to exchange the item, I contacted the store (lahn) directly and very politely asked them to exchange the jeans for a size down as the measurements that they listed online were not accurate. I mistakenly thought at first that they agreed to the exchange but then an email or so later, they became quite aggressive and stated that they would not do so, that I must go through garmentory. I responded that not only would I personally bring the jeans in (so no packing or shipping fees) but that I would also let them deduct the fee that garmentory charged, I just wanted a pair of pants that actually fit. Basically, the manager or store owner proceeded to call me "entitled" because I attended college and have some investments in the city. I actually work at a state college, making minimum wage. The worst customer service experience ever, and they used their review mechanism to further insult me online.
