Damaged under drivers side and passenger side doors .
To whom it might concern, I had work done to my 2013 cruise last week(new engine)when I came in to pick up my car I was told everything was working. I was driving down the road and check engine came on so I turned around to get it looked at. I left it overnite cause it was a hose that they said got broken when they were installing new engine. They tried to fix it instead of putting a new one on, it didn't work. Sometime between getting the engine put in and the new hose put on I believe the DAMAGE was done. My daughter was told to bring in the car to be looked at. She was told that the damage was done by YOUR LIFT. Then was told it was only the damage on the passenger side not the driver side. The driver side was a lot worse with the same kind of DAMAGE.(GO FIGURE) I will get 2 more opinions to see what they say. You can tell that the car did not hit anything it was done by something lifting up against my car.

All is good. I was upset but I am going to try again.
Each business has their own way of conducting business. I felt bad writing the post because I can't criticize a business for doing what they are told.

By recommendation of someone who had worst credit then mine I went to Lafferty Cheverlot. I picked out a truck but decided to go with something of lesser value to make the loan approval a little easier. Nothing could be done on the night that I went because they were closing but I waited the next day and had to even go there to find out what was going on. I get a call and don't get left a message. I call back only to find out I was denied. Even though someone with worst credit then I got approved! I also am receiving a nice sum of money in 30 days and was going to put that toward the truck. Not sure if the bank was told that, but I guess their analysis didn't think I was a good liability. The sales person called and just left it at oh well, instead of trying other banks. I am a person with a chronic illness and need a reliable car for many reasons and I'm sorry I went to this dealership. I'm wondering if the fact that I went from a $29,927 truck to two other trucks worth less if that was the problem! But needless to say to just give up and drop me is not acceptable and a complete turnoff besides the fact that they gave hope. But oh come back when you have that big down payment! Very disgusted, stressed and in tears. I'm tired of being screwed because I'm a woman at these dealerships.

Defective Vehicle from Lafferty Chevrolet
Purchased a 2008 GMC Yukon Denali for $28,700 from Lafferty Chevrolet as a certified pre-owned vehicle. Check engine light issue Repaired four times and still having problems. Vehicle has excessive rust and is perceived to be a flood vehicle. No effort by Joe Tabor, sales manager to offer to make the necessary repairs. Basically stated too bad - I can forward his email upon request. I purchased a vehicle which I believed was inspected by dealership. Right front headlight was unattached and no screws to hold it in place. Auto check shows no accidents but the whole front bumper was replaced with aftermarket parts and repainted. Several other issues such as engine knock and emissions issues
