Color was faded.

Before She wear dress, There was looking slightly fade in color on front of shoulder. She was supposed that is kind of dirty .

So she tried to clean for dry clean specialist.

But , there was more brightly colored fade-in mark to dress. Please , advise some resolution.

Sizes are not true, and refusal to credit sale items, snotty customer service help

I bought sale items, most of which didn't fit. I broke several bones in my leg, in leg cast then a boot for another 4 months.

Wheelchair bound! I've had problems with sizing and often bought 2 sizes. I explained to c.s. woman, then, supervisor.

No help whatsoever, refused return with store credit.

I spent thousands. No thought to customer appreciation.
