Need my warranty authorized

We purchased a mattress from Mathis Bros. Furniture in Indio.

First mattress was a year or 2 ago. And about 1 month ago we chose a different mattress because we were still under warrantu but was not your mattress. Mathis Bros, exchanged the mattress and we chose the Lady Americana King Size. We've only had it approximately 1 month and dont know if it was defective but we called 1 week after recieving it to let them know mattress has a hile and my wife suffers back issues so it was imperative we get a mattress that has no dip.

After about 2 weeks, Mathis sent a man today on August 14th to measure the hole. He measured 1 inch and Mathis aaid they or Lady Americana would not cover it because it has to have 2" hole. This is crazy. The cushion leans over and is pressed down.

My wife has osteoarthritis in her spine and this mattress is defective leaving her with pain everytime she wakes. I really need help with the warranty to exchange for a mattress thats not defective.

We paid $3,000.00 and this is not right. Please contact me to let me know if you can help.
