Paid $300.00 yearly off and on since 2010. KIM "THE CHILDCARE MANAGER" sneaking around without anyone seeing her acting out childishly with sharing her feelings to me WITH DIRY LOOKS !!

and I seen and heard her give rude childish behavior to another paying customer in front of other employees. HER BEHAVIOR CAUSED LADIES FIRST TO LOOSE ME AS A LONG TIME PAYING MEMBER. I APPROACHED THE BUSINESS OWNER MICHOLE M ABOUT KIM CHILDISH, RUDE BEHAVIOR,, IN PERSON.

SHE REPLIED, THERE IS TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY IN A RUDE MANNER. SHE MADE NO EFFORT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH BEING BIAS IN FAVOR FOR KIM AND AGAINST ME AS A LOYAL PAYING MEMBER.

Unethical

I am disappointed with an unethical picture Ladies First Fitness and Spa posted on their facebook, of an overweight woman. it is very offensive and they have a large audience and many teenagers are able to see, which teaches them that it is OKAY to put others down.

This is a crucial time to be ANTI-BULLIES with so many suicides happening across the country due to bullying. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IyHX7wMJBY0 i DO NOT recommend supporting bullies.

I was happy with my 5 year membership until now though! But the damage that that one picture can do-- i do not want to be a part of!!!

Ladies First Fitness is WAY over crowded and has rude employees

This place is incredibly over crowded. The classes are so packed that you do not have enough room to do the moves and the people are rude.

I confronted the front desk about how crowed the class was and the lady there was so rude and useless.

Oh and don't even bother to try and take up your issues with the owner, she's just as rude and possibly even more useless than her employees. I have been a member for a long time and have decided to take my business elsewhere due to their overwhelming incompetency and lack of regard for customers.

Ladies first fitness won't stop charging me

When I signed up for Ladies first fitness and spa they required me to give them my bank account info to sign up. After going for about a month, I realized this wasn't the place for me.

First off, the front is either never staffed or staffed with a bunch of half-wits that talk to you like you are annoying them anytime you ask a simple question. I was supposed to get a full tour after signing up and after asking twice I gave up and figured it out myself. Machines were broken and/or dirty...I could go on. But what *** me off the most is that even after I have tried several times to cancel they KEEP CHARGING ME! I've called the billing number which almost always seems to go to voicemail or is answered by someone who has a horrible attitude. I was told my membership was cancelled after the third time leaving a message and lo and behold, I've been charged again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this gym!!!!!

That response would have been great the first 8 times I tried to get someone to answer my questions (or to even care to hear my issues with your gym). It would serve you well to take a good long look at your policy and staffing issues and maybe you wouldn't have people complaining all over the place.

We do apologize for any inconvenience. Our cancellation policy is clearly stated as a 30-day written notice.

You possible cancelled within your 30 days and were subject to a final payment. We would be happy to discuss your account with you if you would like to contact us please feel free to do so. If our billing number rolls over to voicemail it is only because all lines are busy at the moment. Please leave a message, all calls are returned same day or next day if the message is left after business hours.

Our offices were closed the 23rd - 26th.

We pride ourselves on being the best gym in the Antelope Valley for women and are awarded yearly with this recognition. Please contact us so we may clear up any issues you may be having.

B.s this gym would not cancel without 300$.my wife didnt like it either and was told it would cost and when she finally went in they charged a maintenance fee of 29 and 40 for the month and yet another 40 next month because she canceled late.is this place that hard up for money.what a joke alot of better gyms out there for alot less.
