I purchased these boots last year in 2022 wore them less than 10 times. Went on my first archery hunt of 2023 and the heels are coming off.

My order was short 1 item. The customer service agent did not question my veracity but immediately placed a replacement order with a 3 day delivery.

I put the wrong information on beneficiary. It want let me delete the information an put in the right answer.

Found what I was looking for nobody has my size not Dunhams or Amazon or Tractor Supply Lacrosse has 15 and size 16 I always buy direct has recently had total knee and guess what my 14 dont fit now and of all the outdoor boot companies only Lacrosse could help me.

Wore boots for a while and the side ripped out about a inch long not water proof anymore wore boots about a month in fine gravel nothing sharp leather must have been bad

Was walking and sole fell off while walking when I was trying to go hunting. I was not in mud while walking

Sole fell off my boots which Are Lacrosses boots that I bought for over $90 that I use to go deer hunting. They were good until the sole fell off

HIS FEET GOT WET WERE NOT WATER PROOF AND DID NOT STAN BEHIND THE BOOT .. ALL I WANTED WAS A EXCHANGE .

WANTED A WATERPROOF BOOT . AND SIMPLY VERY DISCOURAGED. I SENT EMAILS AND AND A PICTURE AS REQ AD NOTHING .

AND I DID A REVIEW AS WELL BACK IN NOVEMBER OF 2020. IS THERE ANYTHING YOUR COMPANY IS WILLING TO DO?

I have bought 2 pairs of lacrosse snake boots. Both pair are cracking at the toe instep.

They replaced the 1st pair.

But both were worthless within 6 months. Never buy another.

Boots at Walmart are much better and only cost 30 40 bucks.

After I looked into problem further, it was discovered the initial charge when boots were ordered, had been dropped. When I actually received boots, I was then charged properly.

I've not yet taken possession of boots, as they are at friends house 2 hrs away.
