When I take our daughter out of school early for a 3:15 PM appointment, I would expect her to be seen by the doctor by 4:45PM, new patient or not. Well, today, that didn't happen, and my daughter still has not received her treatment procedure, nor been seen by the doctor. It is always, "hurrying and wait." There has to be a better way to deliver orthodontic care.
Office is all about the fluff, customers take a backseat and constantly over book. Never be expect to be taken on time!
It's at least a half hour wait before you even get in the chair.
I've complained several times and get fed a bunch of lies to *** me up. Take down the picture of your boat on the wall and take patients on time!
Be careful when they are attempting to remove the Sure Smile! The cement is "more solid", I was told and a year later, I'm still visiting my dentist to have glue removed.
Lach even clipped my tooth in the process! Watch them and take photos of your teeth right before you have them removed because the doctor will say their staff didnt do the damage.
I'm having the SAME problem RIGHT now with my daughter's braces -- a different orthodontist, but also in the Orlando Area!! If I don't get a resolution by TOMORROW -- I will begin my own thread.
This SURE SMILE program was SOLD to us as a special package. No one told us we were guinea pigs for the Orthodontists to practice. It seemed AMAZING and we paid the extra $1,000 so our daughter could have her braces off sooner for her Senior pictures -- not only did she lose valuable treatment time when Sure Smile made a BIGGER mess of her teeth, but of course here we are 16 months later, Senior pictures taken this week and we had to hand out an additional $100 to get them photoshop removed for her yearbook. :cry I have NEVER felt so disrespected as a patient/customer.
Now I'm out $1,100 for a product/service I didn't receive, and the orthodontists ONLY recommendation is that I take her to another practice.
Very unfair... :x
This practice is a money machine. The doctor is all about the dollar.
Quantity over quality.
Stay away!! I wish me and my son had never been to see him.
