Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. they didn’t deliver, i went to multiple post offices to figure it out myself
This company is such a fraud. My order never got delivered for which I paid almost $200, and they only emailed saying to contact the local post office (which I did, and they told me that they can't possibly have the order because their courier company is direct).
Again, their courier company never reached out to me, and they basically scammed me. They even sent me a review email for the order that they never sent me.
