- - Bought a coat from lacceti for $90.
- - Shipped XS not XL; promised refund if largest coat wasn't right; now $60 to process; Astrid emails from Australia.
They are in Australia and I already listed all the steps I took to get my money back and the issue now is that they want to charge me for a refund to be processed
They sent a coat that was size like an XS but it was an XL.. they said if I would send $30 more, they would send a larger coat to see if the sleeves of a 3X would reach my wrists. The 3x was even smaller than the first coat. They had promised a refund if the largest one wasn't right either.
Now I'm requesting the refund and they want $60 more dollars to process a refund.
I've been emailing with someone named Astrid and apparently this company is in Australia which I wouldn't have bought from if that was stated up front. The emails from them are coming from support@***.com each time a person named Astrid.
