No puppy

My girlfriend put down $2000 on a puppy that was supposed to be born in May 2021. Marty the owner has given her many reasons why he actually has no puppies. After 8 months, we purchased a puppy from another breeder. We have contacted labs of love multiple times about a refund. After months of ignoring us, I called him today from a different phone. He told me that he is not going to give us a refund and that it will cost more to take him to court than we will get from him. The money is non-refundable if you change your mind, but not if the breeder fails to deliver a healthy dog. I have news for Marty, it's not about the money, we are going to take him to court even if it cost more than the money than we get back. This is about doing what is right and treating people fairly, something every good business owner knows. Marty from Labs of Love is nothing more than another scam artist, he's very soft-spoken and friendly until he gets your money. He is the kind of guy who would walk an old lady cross the street and then get in his car and run her over. Do yourself a favor and go to any other breeder for a puppy. As for us. We are going to do whatever it takes to make sure Marty gets what he deserves.

User's recommendation: go anywhere but here to ger a puppy.
