First my order got lost. 2 weeks later when I emailed I got a lovely result back saying my order will be shipped out asap and shipped via 3 day ups ground.
It wasnt and 5 days later my order is still across the country. I now have to hand write in my kids name on 200+ items this weekend.
- Seemed to have a nice selection
- Poor customer service
- Order is 3 weeks late

I placed an order on the 12th. Something happened and ten days later I havent received anything.
So I emailed them, and I got a response a day and half later on Saturday telling me my order hadnt shipped but it will go out Monday and theyll expedite shipping to 3 day fedex Ok great except they didn do that. I emailed back if they can overnight it and no response back.
And then they sent out regular shipping. My kid leaves for camp in less than 7 days and I have nothing. If it even arrives on time Ill be rushing to label everything.
And I dont have time to order anywhere else at this point. I tried calling and their phone numbers dont work. These guys suck. Not worth the money I saved.
Go somewhere. Anywhere else.

Urgent- My order Where is it?
We still didnt receive the labels. My daughter needed them before June 16 so that she could finish labeling my granddaughters clothes before her trunk was picked up for sleep away camp.
We were told the labels wouldnt arrive until June 20 which is too late.
We never received any communication from them before I emailed them asking when I would receive the labels. This is totally unacceptable!!
