Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After filing a complaint with the BBB, they were quick to respond and actually handle the matter.

They have been able to settle 2 different company issues that I've had that the companies refused to handle or straight up wouldn't respond. File a case with the BBB.

Awful awful awful company and customer service! Almost non-existent, but they want somebody there just to lead people on and get them off their backs in hopes that they give up.

Word of advice, avoid this company like the plague!
Products are poor quality, 1 of them started a VERY high pitch whine and is grinding only after 5 days of use. I purchased them directly from the joke of a company's website. Upon checking into their "guarantee" with customer service, it took about 2 weeks for somebody to respond. They responded with a very generic copy and paste tutorial to deal with technical issues.

I tried all the tutorial said, still broken so I let them know and even sent them a video of the issue.
Customer service is STILL avoiding me and will not accept accountability.

I'm assuming because they know it's a bad unit and they don't like to replace them, as I've read online. I will now file an official complaint with the BBB to see if they can step in to hold the terrible company accountable for their poor quality products and services.
