They will take your money and RUN!
I placed an order that they billed my credit card for, but I never received it. They did not contact me about the delay or lack of shipment.
When I finally remembered that I never got it, I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one on the basis of their "7 day refund policy". I offered them both the entire order email and billing slip they sent me, so they had all the information they needed if they wanted to give me a refund. They only care about the bottom line, not customers. They will steal from customers and then basically tell them to *** off.
Don't support them and don't purchase from them unless you want to get your hard earned money stolen. They are shameless thieves.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Beware of LA Splash Cosmetics online!
I placed an order at LA Splash cosmetics online and although I did not receive a confirmation email, it was charged on my credit card so I assumed I would receive an email when it shipped. A few days passed and nothing, so I called them and the woman said it was shipped and I would receive it by Thursday (I placed the order the previous Wednesday).
Well along comes Thursday and no package! So I call again and ask for the tracking number of Fedex so that I may look at it myself. She provides it and when I check, it says the shipment was never picked up, so I call the cosmetics again and inform her of this and she says she just noticed that and her supervisor is on the phone with Fedex and they will call me back. I call back after an hour and the lady informs me that Fedex lost the package and the supervisor is still on the phone with them.
I calmly explain that although that is unfortunate, what are they planning on doing to rectify my situation. She tells me that they will call me back after they are done with Fedex. I call back 3 hours later and am passed around until the original woman answers. She informs me they are still on the phone with Fedex.
At this point I tell them this is poor customer service and instead of telling me that they will send me another package or something, you keep telling me to wait. I have nothing to do with what you say to Fedex, therefore at this point I ask for a refund. The lady snaps at me and says ok then slams the phone! I am furious, I call back and tell the receptionist to put me through to a manager.
I inform the manager about the situation and tell her to just refund my money because this is horrendous service.
Although she issues the refund, she doesn't bother apologizing or even pretend to care about the issue. I will NEVER order from them online again!

i paid $35 for overnight shipping on a thursday..it is now Tuesday evening & still no package!!!! they promised I would receive the package on Saturday..nothing!!! they have a great product but the most terrible business ethics!!!!
