I purchased the purifying foaming cleanser April 30th, I noticed there is a weird brown liquid substance forming in the bottle along with my skin breaking out badly.

I called and the 1st call Rep hung up I called a 2nd time and then received very good assistance.you just don't knowv

User's recommendation: You just cant predict what an employee may do?what kind of service you'll receive? The co. ought to be very diligent in their overseeing the reps activities.

I returned my products due more than months ago and so far you have not refunded the amount of $141.82 in my CC until now. I'm having problems with this company since the delivery of the products 03/07/2022, I have all the emails and documents sent to you. I'm so tired of calling and sent email your garbage customer service and no one answers, my patience ends here and from this date I will take the appropriate legal measures. RCS
