Resolved: Poor customer service!! Once the product is sold, they don't care about anything!!!

Received Retinol B3 serum as mother's gift but got reaction on my face. All my face turned red and burning.

Warning by dermatologist to stop using it. Called to customer service and was told beauty advisor will contact me within 3 business days. No people called after 10days. Called customer service again, was told people responsible for my case was on vacation and didn't know when is return date.

Couldn't reassign to other people to handle my case neither. That's meant once the product was sold, you are on your own!!! The complaint has fallen on deaf ears and the customer service agent will not let you talk to another agent or the supervisor.

Don't buy products from this company again!! There are many good products with good customer service of the companies in the market for us to choose!!!never

I love the products but not the containers...half the product is still stuck inside the container when pump etc...stops pumping product. I cut the tube in two and I still had enough cream for 10 days so why not use jars so product is easily accessible and not wasted???

Horrible customer service/return policy

I tired a product in store and really liked it so I figured Id start ordering online since it says if your unhappy you can get a refund, even better I thought since Im new to the brand and this way if something doesn't work for me its not a loss. Well I tried a product 35$ and it was horrible,I emailed them and they take for ever to get back to you and then they finally said I have to mail it back prepaid. I went to the post office and it would cost 24$ to send it regular mail so Id only get 10$ back. Yeah no thank you, I guess I just wont buy it anymore. an opened used product should not need to be sent back especially if there just throwing it away. So annoying!
