I was overcharged . A hold charge of $57.66 was on my CC. The LQ manager, CArolina, told me I would not be charged and it would go away. It did not go away and I was charged and should not have been charged. The manager told me to call her if I was charged and she would take care of it. My only complaint is with the Parking Garage at the Secaucus La Quinta. Customer parking is in the bottom level of a garage shared with a nieghboring office building. The office workers inside the garage smoking constantly until late at night. My issue is I don't want to breathe in all that cigarette smoke and I don't want my children breathing in cigarette smoke Everytime we walk to and from our minivan. Read more

I was an employee for not even a week. I was brought to other housekeepers to show me what to do and was never given this supposed training video i was supposed to get. One housekeeper told me we need to be sure tvs work in each room, so she turned it on in every room and wed have noise while we clean. I booked a room, with a King bed, in San Antonio on Expedia, Confirmation 3209275816. We arrived around 9:30 pm and as I walked through the door, Cassy asked, "are you Mrs. Prince". La quinta from pomona is infest with bed bugs. It was ridiculous infest. If one room has them they all muat have some since theirs carpet everywere.

I reserved a room for three nights (3206770355) at the at the Orem Utah University Parkway (801-226-0440) and the first morning I was awaken by construction above my room (312) I was moved to the second floor (233) the next night an in the morning I went to shower and did not have any hot water. When I made reservations for La Quinta Inn in Ft Walton Beach for June 2017, I had over 18,000 points in my rewards program account, which should have given me one free night at the hotel. Instead, they completely deactivated my account and charged me for every night because I was ONE DAY over the 18 month deadline. ONE DAY!!!! How cheap is that???? I booked online with Bookit.com to stay at the La Quinta in Long Island city, Queens area and i found that they pre-authorized my card and they are not suppose to do that. We pay when we arrive! I was told they would release the money on Monday Dec 12, but they did not! Im still waiting on it. Bookit. Com also called them and wrote notes on it. And they gave them a run around too.
