Could not get any response from LA POLICE GEAR via phone
- - Lost charging cord; wants replacement; no direct phone contact.
- - Form gave a number, but menu didn't fit; left message for Stephany; no reply.
I lost the charging chord to my Wedge Flashlight. I just want to purchase a replacement.
But there was no phone contact listed. Why? So I filled out a form and got a phone number, but just a recording of different menu items that did not coincide with my problem.
Finally, I made up a name with the the "First Three Letters" and was referred to a lady named Stephany.
I left a cordial message as to my problem, my phone number, and asked her to please contact the right company person to call me.
I've heard zero.
By the way, I get about 5 emails a day from LA POLICE GEAR. One a month would be sufficient.
