L.A. Music selling not in-stock items without telling you

I have now been able to cancel the order after hearing that it would be some more weeks until they get it

I placed an order over 500$ with L.A. music, 1 week later I messaged them because the order had not shipped, they told me that the item was not in stock and they had to order it from the supplier which would take 2 weeks. It has been THREE weeks since then (a month since I placed the order) and it still has not shipped. I requested an update on thier Facebook page and was not given a response at this point. I can't cancel the order either because it says "your order is in the final stages of processing" - if I could cancel this order I would and take my money elsewhere!!!! You place an order for an item they don't have in stock and then you can't cancel the order I feel like my money is held hostage even though they didn't charge me! BUYER BEWARE - MAKE SURE AN ITEM IS IN STOCK BEFORE YOU ORDER IT. THEY WILL GIVE NO INDICATION ON THE STORE PAGE ONLINE THAT AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK AND IT COULD TAKE FOREVER FOR THEM TO GET IT
