Charged but Never Recieved Order
5 months ago I ordered a watch for my daughters birthday from LA MER Collections. I saw the company on GMA steals and deals so I assumed it was a reputable company. I received an order confirmation and a shipment notification with a tracking link the same day I ordered. Every time I checked the tracking it states the same thing; order processed, ready for UPS . A month after I'd place the order I called La Mer. Never can talk to a person, so I Ieft a message. Never received a response so I e-mailed them. I received a response email each time, telling me that a representative would be in contact with me in 3-5 business days. This process repeated over and over again. I have never been contacted nor reimbursed. I do still continue to receive e-mails with current sales!
