I am legally blind and cannot make out the security code to change my password and there is no audio feature to assist me. I recommend that you use an audio device to assist prop with low vision.

Nothing against anyone else that works at this establishment. Ron Smith is a liar and a cheat.

I worked here for a few weeks and had to quit because of the lack of safety and and the push to just bring in people for $ not for safety. I was asked to put together a sparring program which I did, then my 1st day was evauations. I had 10 people sign up and by the end of that day I determind that only 3 out of the 10 could be in that class. The rest needed a basic class.

But of course since Ron has worked Hollywood, and wherever the *** else. He knows everything. Knows how to fake it to make it at the most! Anyways I quit, and was told to return all of my items that were on loan to me which I did promptly.

I waited for a few days then called to see what was the status of my check. The 1st call was " Ya we'll find out and get back to you, what's your address so we can mail it" the person wrote it down. I was nice on the phone thought that was it. Then waited a 3 more days..

nothing. So then I called again to see what was up. A person answered said that they were in a meeting and would get back to me. No one got back to me.

I call again this time Ron won't even come to the phone. But he tells this person to tell me that it's going in the mail. Waited another 4 days and nothing. Then I write a strong email.

I get "Your check is, and has been sitting at the front desk. If you would like us to mail it, simply let me know and give us your address." Are you *** kidding me at this point?!!??!!?!?!? I send him my address and state that I already have given my address to them numours times. That email was on Jan 21st ...

6 days ago. Still nothing!!!!!!! If Terri's fat *** is too lazy to write a check then have him send me cash. Other members that I had the pleasure to coach there have stated that place is a Mcdonalds pop branch only for cardio.

Also the use of threats used by him about " Oh we can get anyone else in this area but we have you" What kind of *** is that? The BBB, Yelp, Google, Seattle review.

etc.. many gyms in the area will get an email.

placed my sons membership "on hold" per advice of Chris, desk manager, instead of cancelling it altogether; he told me as long as I returned or canceled in person by May 4th I would not be charged further; So once we decided to fully cancel, I returned May 1st and canceled with Chris, who was not very friendly or happy with this request; he reluctantly canceled and that was that; 3 days later I get the $69.00 membership fee deducted from my checking account, so I called him to clear this up and get it refunded and he rudely told me I should have canceled 30 days in advance, refusing to refund the money and told me he couldn't give me a copy of my contract now that I canceled, it is "their property"; this guy is not only rude but but deceitful and manipulative, just to get a quick buck from us poor consumers. I strongly advise not to join this place!!!!
