Wasn't customer service but a manager named Sabrina...10 mins after you notified them. Then they mailed new arrangement that was way off so I contacted her again. She again amended matter so I'll know 100% this week if done properly.Sabrina was stellar, and so are you folks.Thanks

I currently have payments on the 14th of each month but its become a burden
I wish to push back payment dates to the 29th of each month as this convenes be better. I only receive pensions on the 29th and 30th days of the month so the logic is clear.
