I've had so much go wrong I can't trust it to go anywhere. It's a lemon. And that's to bad.

I want my money back. Or you buy it back. Bretz has had it for 16 weeks off and on and has never fixed it. A breaker burned up and was told we was lucky the fifth wheel didn't burn up. I don't want it please take it back. My wife is afraid to go in it. I'm fraid to go anywhere. Please let's settle this buy it back. Bretz has treated us poorly.

Multiple problems with 5th wheel

Contacted customer service at KZ today by e-mail.-9-29-20.let them know I contacted pissed customer and next action would be attorney general.

I bought a KZ Durango in 2018. Have had a long list of problems with the unit since purchase including refridgerator, awnings, slide-outs, holding tank sensors, speakers, charger plug-ins, recliners, water heater, leveling system, etc.-The list goes on and on. The warranty is basically worthless, as I can not get a response from KZ most of the time, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, and do not follow through with promises they make when I do contact them unless I continue to make numerous requests. I bought an additional 3 year warranty which is useless. The dealer I bought the unit from quit selling KZ RVs because they said KZ denies all warranty claims. My fifth wheel has been in the shop half of the two years I have owned it, and I have only used it on three trips. I paid over $50,000 for a piece of junk. Steve Lawson

Just to put it out there

201* 241RLK, lots of little problems (which were so far covered under warranty, but a pain). Serviced twice because bedroom TV didn't work, bed frame broke, awning missing a bolt, Power shut off didn't work, and the DVD player didn't work. All of this took 3 trips to the dealer.

User's recommendation: Don't put your rig on a seasonal site an hour away for the first year.

Awning broke less than 2 weeks out of warranty

Left several messages dating back 2 weeks ago about our awning. We have sent in pics and video to Taylor. We have had no response from her. It's getting very irritating. We have sent multiple email messages and 2 voice mail messages today.

Kz camper

Bought my 2009 kz mtx toy hauler new from Beckleys Rv. We took it out for the first time and the heater quit working,motor quit working on drop down bed,all senscers quit working for septic and water.radio kept coming on in the middle of night,gas and smoke detector keeps going off,both have been replace and they still keep going off.sink leaks water. Water leaking around antenna since the day i bought it. I took camper out this past weekend, and found a leak in the bedroom wall,all seals have been caulk but stll leak, Beckleys wants 900.00 to fix it,evening thow i have another year warranty left they said its not covered. I will never buy another kz camper or any camper from becklleys.

It is becoming more apparent that KZ RV are throwing out junky and defective trailers. Don't even attempt to have your issue addressed by KZ as they couldn't care less.

No one should have to go through the BBB to get a response, and then lawyers for them to put their junk right. Be warned all KZ RVs are junk.

I have had the same issues dealing with KZ. Phone calls and e-mails not returned, promises made but not followed through.

They used to be a good company. The delership I bought my KZ from quit selling them because they said " KZ denies all claims".

Kz Junk

Bought my camper new in 2009,from Beckleys Rv, i took it out one time,heater quit working,radio kept going on and off in the middle of night.leaks water through antenna,motor went bad for drop down bed,gas detector keeps going off and also smoke detector.sink leaking,outside speakers were mounting up side down. We have used camper about 12 times.we just got back from ocean city,md.why we were there we found a soft spot in are bedroom wall from rain.i had caulk all areas and it still leaks. Beckley wants 900.00 too fix it.I still have anothet year warranty on camper,but beckleys said it wasnt covered.I will never buy another camper from Becklys rvs or another kz.
