Very inflexible during verification process the picture of my driver license I suspect had too much reflection. My verification was denied.

Neither Kyte nor the verification company, Stripe responded with an alternative solution. In essence they said there was nothing that could be done.
This is a sufficient response as long as nothing goes awry. In addition they advertise they come to you to drop off and pick up the rental. They never said, "Sometimes!' I would've had to travel 15-20 minutes by subway with all my luggage to a 'PARKING LOT!' TO MEET WITH AN AGENT. Where I would pick up and drop off my car.
In an odd way I'm very glad it didn't work out!
BEWARE! Yes, you may save some money but, at whatr cost!?
