Resolved: Sumerlin recliner loveseat

After consulting with assistant store manager, they not only took the old furni ture back, but gave me full store credit and I was permitted to pick out new furniture from any company. Happy!

Purchased two summerlin loveseat recliners in November 2013. Paid in full when we finally received them in March of 2014. Repairs to both units have been attempted three times. Waiting on more parts as of November 2014. Now end of January and still waiting on parts. The repair made in December 2014 is not working now. These two units should be recalled and replaced with any quality product. I will not ever buy again from Lane. Parts for the upcoming repairs have not been shipped. Previous repairs have come undone. Seating material is of poor quality and the springs go flat. Both units were custom ordered from the factory.
