Let Go As An Employee

Update by user Jun 11, 2021

Going to the news and newspapers to give them my story. I cannot afford to move out of the terrible place that me and my kids live in which my work knew everything about. Everyone knew that I was going to be let go but me

I recently was employed by this company and they deceptively told me that I no longer had a job two days ago. the supervisor Edie humiliated me in front of everyone in the company.

User's recommendation: Do not Trust this Company.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Kyocera - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
We received this knife as part of a 3-piece set for Christmas, the tip broke and when I inquired through the website regarding the warranty, I wasn't important to the company. The Regional Sales Manager Housewares Division, Kyocera International sent me a form letter. There wasn't anything customer friendly about it! When I replied that this was terrible customer service and that I feel they lost an opportunity for a working relationship, there wasn't any satisfaction given back to me. This Manager didn't ask if I was hurt by the knife, or if they could do anything to fix it...the form letter stated that I could send it back at my cost, for their evaluation, and then they would decide on an outcome. Had they done this with any amount of respect or concern for their consumer, I would have a better attitude towards them...but they don't! I would caution anyone thinking of purchasing this knife to RE-THINK spending their hard-earned money on these products. This company doesn't care if you are hurt or if their products are potentially hazardous and harmful due to POOR WORKMANSHIP!

User's recommendation: DON'T BOTHER.

Failure of my Kyocera ceramic knife (19K363.)

I was cutting a cucumber (not chopping) with my recently purchased ceramic and a piece broke off. I have had these Kyocera knives before and this has not happened. I have broken off a tip on other knives when I dropped it from 3-4 feet but not like this. I assume it is a flaw with this knife and would like it replaced

I’m on your side about their products and customer service tactics. I was an employee and I’ll tell you that all they care about is money and not if the consumer is happy.

And this person that told you to stop whining, why don’t you stop whining about how this person can go about doing things in their life. The only person I see whining here is you!

Kyocera will not stand by their products!

I purchased the Kyocera Rio E3100 phone brand new from PagePlus website for $80. I wanted the touchscreen, the Bluetooth, and the media player support. I will present both the good and the bad regarding the phone and Kyocera's support. The GOOD: - size and weight of the phone are nice. - support for microSD cards. - bluetooth support The BAD: - The phone has a cheap, plastic feel to it. - The proprietary website browser does not save your homepage preference and only displays text and pictures. No multimedia support. - The phone's media player does not support the standard way of storing mp3 files on an sd card (artistalbum itle format) but only works if you place ALL your mp3s in a certain directory. Less than one month after purchasing it new: - the touchscreen became intermittently non-responsive until it was not functional at all. - The charging port stopped working - Kyocera refused to honor the warranty because the charging port was damaged, though they would gladly repair the phone for $57.50. Needless to say, I now own an $80 paperweight.
