Purse scam/ misrepresented merchandise
I was told I was buying a channel backpack. From a supposed reputable Beverly hills company.When it arrived in a flat mailer from fl, I was concerned.the worst was yet to come. Once I opened the mailer the oder that came out was a musty old smell. The bag was a fake,the inside had a real CC registration card to further the scam. The inside was plastic the bottom was worn and inside had black grit from wear. When I called to complain I was told it was vintage and a manager would be calling me. I would not have even cared if it was vintage, had it been real. It was a fake,stinky, worn bag. If someone had told me it was not real I would not have paid top dollar for a fake. They wanted the customer to believe it was real by inserting a CC registration card.This is FRAUD and I will treat it as such.
