No response to faulty deadbolt system.

Customer Service? Kwik Set has NONE. When a poorly designed deadbolt system started falling apart, I went to the store that sold it to me. Together we called Kwik Set and after half an hour got through. The 'customer service' person provided an email address and told me to send photos and describe the problem, which I did. Repeatedly. I attempted to call again and was put on hold in an automated system. They refused to respond to me. I made at leasts five email communication attempts and four phone calls. Furthermore, their web site is elusive in terms of contacting them. This is a terrible company. Don't buy their products.
