Kurve Control Reviews

A year ago on 6/12/2019 I ordered a product from a company called Kurve Control. This company contacted me via Instagram offering me a discount on a product and asking me to be an ambassador and if I like the product I can share pictures. That was all I was told at the time about this. I decided to try it out. I purchased the product and received it about 6 days later. The product wasn't what I expected, I was actually disappointed with it. I didn't leave negative review on website I just thought nothing of it and continued on with life. I was never, not once, contacted via Instagram, email, phone call, letter, nothing from this company again until 6/26/20. Then started receiving emails from this company saying I made an agreement to be an ambassador I didn't fulfill it and I owe them more money ($27.99) beside what I had already paid. They then proceeded to threaten to send me to collections and ruin my credit. I don't know who I was talking to. The person who emailed me never stated their name or affiliations with the company. They were just asking me to pay more money or threatening me with collections. Whoever I had contact with was very rude telling me I am stealing from them, I had no morals, calling me uneducated etc. All because I was confused as to how I owed them any more money on a transaction I thought was completed more than a year ago. I did respond via email 7/1/20 after noticing 3 threatening email from this company saying immediately. Being that I had purchased with this company, and they may still have some of my personal information saved I decided to play it safe. I asked for proof of this agreement because I never made any agreement saying I would pay more money to them under any circumstances on this order at anytime. They could not provide me with any. When I insisted on seeing this agreement they blocked my email from contacting their email. I want to make sure this is not a scam, and they can not actually tamper with my financial information as they threatened in their emails. Also, I want to help anyone else they are doing this to.
