They charge me with things out stock

I was placing an order and whenever they where taking my payment the website returned me back to the main one saying that things on my cart where out of stock but they still charge me on my card so I want my money back because they didnt have the item that I was buying but they still charge me and thats not cool

I never received that my order went out no update Emails no nothing are you guys trying to rob people that works hard for their money? I can dispute the transp if thats the case

They use a joke delivery company in hermes don't come when they say don't give any explanation to why they don't deliver 4rt time now still waiting
