I want my ecig fixed
My E-Cig wont turn on. I tried plugging it in.
I pressed the button five times it wont turn on my six under warranty so can you please send me a new one? Its the white one Novo V4.
You can give me a call. You guys have my number please I can send the old back just I would like to get it done as soon as possible because Im out of ecig thanks.
Preferred solution: A new novo 4 or the newest novo if possible cause I don’t want this to happen again.
