Contractors are felons!!

Contractor turned out to be crazy!!! I got an estimate for landscape work. The following week he showed up and did the work (I was at work) and demanded $$ for services no one asked him to perform. The contractor damaged bricks of my retaining wall and other small items. When I asked him to repair these damages he became threatening. I contacted service magic and they said it was my problem?? All the customer service and security I got from those in the service magic office, disappeared!!!! It was finally settled at the police station after his felonious record became more than apparent. STAY AWAY!!!! Service magic wants your money and they don't care after that. DON'T DO IT, ITS TOO DANGEROUS!!!
