Paid for a brace and it never showed up. Contacted the company several times by email...no response. The braces are good, but shopping should not be russian roulette

Where is my order # 10040
I have tried a previous email in which the link on your page did not work. I tried the chat option and got sent to an email service that charges a fee.
TOo MUCH TECHNOLOGY. How about some basic customer service.
Your product that I am purchasing is good, I would have said great, but I can't even find out when I am going to receive it. Very poor salesmanship in an economy that's faultering.

This company product was never delivered. Here is a response quote from the company rep Colin Coons "You can go ahead and dispute it"..."Enjoy wasting your time doing that." Worst customer service there is with no phone number either, complete scam. Treating a limited income severely disabled person in pain like this is a real low life thing to do.
