i was selling my house and hired kubes realaty they would not help me find a house always had an excuse would not do market evaluwation on the home i was interested in. They would not see if other offers help negotate on price would not even drive to see the house even sugusted not getting a home inspection.They only cared about a quick sale on my house which was in perfect condition, Dont woorry about his 5% b.s. you can get any realator cheaper than that
